Artichoke Cheese Dip


Artichoke Cheese Dip
1 15oz. can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
12 oz. mozzarella cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup parmesan cheese
½ teas. minced garlic
1 teas. chives
½ teas. parsley
1 teas. lemon juice
Mix all the ingredients in a 5x9 baking dish.  Cook at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.  Serve warm with your favorite crackers or fresh bread.
