Ingredients
18 oz sweet Tapioca flour
08 oz oil
16 oz milk
3.5 oz freshly grated parmesan cheese
1 Tablespoon salt
3 eggs
Mix liquid ingredients in a stand mixer on low. Slowly add the flour and other dry ingredients. drop the mix by spoonfuls onto parchment paper. Bake in preheated 370F oven until the tops are lightly browned, about 15-20 minutes.
